I can't make it all out, but the first bit seems to say "Hello, this is ???? Listen to me. "
Then it goes on to say that the police are already watching someone, and something about "assignment".
It's from one of my guides, and is to do with a situation I am trying to have resolved. My guide's presence had been very strong, but I couldn't understand what he was trying to say....so he had to ring me lol.

It might also have the "voice print" of some of the people involved.

wow it's interesting. The first part is clear the rest sounds like radio interference of some kind. Nice EVP!

Very interesting, as pointed out in the previous post, it is really clear at the beginning but then goes on to sound like loads of mixed channels like a crossed phone line or something?! But what is interesting about this is if it is spirit, that means the spirit world rang your number and then went on to leave a message! Pretty amazing, I've heard of people having werid text messages and phone calls from beyond the grave before; a very surreal subject isn't it? Perhaps the spirit was drawing on all the waves out in the air, to get their message to you, hence the sounds of a crossed line - a thought perhaps to consider?

Good point, the crossed lines.
This energy has used many means to get their message to me... mobile phone, radio, internet. But the evp is the only means I have "captured". Re the radio one, I was driving, and all of a sudden my car and my own energy were filled with the energy of this spirit, whose name is Daniel. Next thing, Elton John's song "Daniel" played, followed by Eric Clapton's "Tears in Heaven".
