The new season starts July 9th on the Scifi Channel and there headed off to New Zealand's Larnach Castle I'm going to try and give this show a second chance because I wasn't to crazy about season one

I'll watch it for the locations, then howl as usual about how sexist it is and how most of the cast members make my eyes bleed.

Who knows, though. We could get lucky and they decided not to make all the women look like simpering cowards and Andy and Robb as chest-thumping he-men this season.

I'm sure that Oscar will have some choice words about it regardless. For a dead guy, he's got a lot of opinions. He can't stand the whole Ghosthunters franchise, as they are quite disrespectful towards the spirits. 'Can't say as I blame him on that count.

I totally agree with you on Rob and Andy and there Macho attitudes they really need to Lightin up and as for Shannon I think she will always play the Fraidy cat and the whiner if I remember right her and Donna had a little tiff on one of the shows because Shannon was being annoying ,Talking too much etc
Jason and Grant don't really bother me as much as they use to they grew on me over the years
But I would Take a Brand new episode of Dead Famous and Chris over GH anyday of the week

Shannon has said in interviews that she was upfront about having some major fear issues when they were interviewing her for the job. So, yeah, the fear on her part isn't going to go away. However, the producers are perfectly capable of editing the show to play this down instead of playing it up. Gee, do you think maybe they hired her because she is a scaredy cat?

I couldn't stand her until I heard her on Crossroads Paranormal's radio show. She is really personable and funny when she's not on GHI, so I have to cut her some slack about how she is presented on that show. If people only saw me at my worst moments, I'm sure that they would have a lovely impression of me, too.

Decent opener and they caught some really good evidence esp the Face in the Ballroom,The fire alarm going off during the reveal and I have to say Rob and Andy were pretty good tonight and I wonder what happened that they replaced Shannon with Dustin

Yeah, that was not bad at all. Even Andy did not grate on my nerves much (high praise indeed!). I am glad to see Dustin on. He was always a sweetheart. I thought I'd seen a post from Shannon on MySpace saying that she was going to still be on Season 2. But since she wasn't in the title sequence, that is looking unlikely.

"The Singapore Theory"? Puh-leaze. I've been using that technique for years, and I've never heard anyone use that fancypants term for it. We just call it "playing period music." Subtitles for the New Zealand accents was a bit much, too. I mean, c'mon.

Good evidence, though. The picture with the faces was pretty darned impressive.
