I've been a bit AWOL of late dealing with some 'issues'. They've all resolved...in my favour...so i can now look to the future (though getting through the last few months has left me very tired so i've been trying to get the energy levels up a notch).
Looking forward to my tri[ to the US now...only 8 weeks to go 
I hope you're all well, and to those who hear from Kira, pass on my love & best wishes...

So pleased things are working out.
It does take time to get back to normal when you have had things to deal with.

I'm going for 2 & 1/2 weeks> I fly in and out of LA and then I'm going to the following places in between:
San Diego
Kansas
Memphis
St Louis
Columbus, Ohio
Vegas
LA
I'm just visitng friends and seeing the sights and I can't wait as I love it in the US and always want to see more

I know...patience just isn't my forte at times lol
I just want to be full of energy all the time as i end up feeling that being tired is wasting time....though that may well be just cos I feel like I've already wasted time on stuff as it is...

I've been a couple of times before...just branching out a bit more this time...but I love it over there...always feels like home from home in a somewhere-in-my-gut/soul way as opposed to a you-all-speak-my-language-and-sell-the-same-stuff etc way....
i still think i was an american in a past life tbh...

Sometimes you have to give in to the lack of energy for a while.
Resting when you need to is never a waste of time.
Have a wonderful time on your trip.

Hello all!
I've been off galavanting all over the Uk to see a band I like. It's been heaps of fun exercising my freedom, doing what I want and generally enjoying myself for the first time in ages.
I've also been planning the finer details of my holiday to the US. I'm leaving the UK in 1 week & 4 days time (yes I am counting) and I can't wait!
I'll be managing to squeeze in a couple of the DF locations whilst I'm there so I can check them out for myself. One of my friends has also bought us tickets to do the Memphis ghost tour. Does anyone here know if it's any good??
Hope you're all keeping well

Oh...lets see...if I'm being THAT specific then it's 1 week, 3 days and 22 hours til my plane leaves....so I can spend just under 3 weeks going all over the US
I get to see The Waley House, The Queen Mary and the Memphis Ghost tour at the very least (will try to get to some more locations if I can). In general I'm taking in San Diego, Kansas, Memphis, St Louis, Columbus, Las Vegas and Los Angeles and I just can't wait!!
AND it's election year out there

I am...the nearer it gets the more excited I get...places to go, things to see and do and, most importantly, the chance to see as many of my friends as possible who i miss so much...
