| As much as I would like to believe it, it feels fake to me. There's something about the overall quality of the photo that seems off. Whatever expert checks it out should be able to look at the exif file and tell right off the bat, I guess.

Photgraphs are so easy to fake and this looks like one.
Could be a child was walking down the stairs and a shaky camera holder or light caused the effect.
I have taken some with similar effects but no way were they paranormal.
