Hello!

I'm not part of a paranormal investigaton group, but find the field fascinating.

Hoping to learn and chat with others about experiences, field devices used, and how it has changed their perspective about "the unknown".

Of course, other off-topic silly chat is welcome, as well!

Go slowly, still not hip on all the paranormal- techy lingo, but hope to be someday soon.

I am a sceptic but am very open to being convinced.

I enjoy reading about the paranormal and taking part in vigils when I can..which is not often.

Good to meet you!

I am skeptical of some things too.....unfortunately, there are many hucksters and charlatans in the field, it seems. I have never been on a guided paranormal hunt, but am at a point where I'm curious and want to see what's really out there.

The good news: it appears to be more widely accepted now, especially with the technology boom, to say, "Hey, I think I might have had a ghostly encounter," w/out being committed!

I dont like organized ghosthunts as I am sceptical they 'enhance' the experience.
Am I a suspicious type...oh yes. I want proof and will always look for game playing and the like.

Hi curiosity, like you I'm very interested in this subject and have probably spent most of my life asking, why this? and hows that? am I unique? or just part of one big plan! There seems to be so many people having wierd unexplainable experiences and although an answer to these happenings are wished for, do we REALLY need to know the reasoning behind it?... are we ready to find out the truth of the great big unknown universe?
It might just blow our minds and put us in a deep state of shock lol, would life be worth living then? oh!...so many questions but who in the living have the REAL answers!! Rolling Eyes
Are we being haunted or could we just be revisiting a past life we have lived before? maybe we travel in many universes as the Author Anthony Peake sugests!! Tis all mind blowing Eh? Confused

Hi Wiccan,

Ah yes, but more questions like why me, why now and geez, what now?

What happened to every belief I held up to this moment? Oh well, just part of the journey (chuckles!)

Some people say they are skeptical i.e. don't believe in ghosts, spirits and the like. I'm skeptical of how a lot is portrayed in media as evidence, especially if there is financial profit to gain.

Since 9/11 there are many volatile things taking place and many mourning people across the world.

This seems to be a respectful site that provides an outlet for discussion of the paranormal..... hope you enjoy it too!
