Hi I am new to your forum. Ijust had to register because something I heard in the `Investigations page seemed very wrong. In the `Hooters' EVPs:

1. the first one you have labeled "Shut it off"
I clearly heard "Don't ya be stalking about" The inflexions make it sound like a black male voice.

2. "I'm listening" I can hear a female voice saying "I'll be over." and a male voice saying "That isn't gonna end.. nothin"

3. "Unknown 2"
I believe he's saying "She's about ten"

4. "Unkown 1" A male saying "Hello shoe"

5. "I Follow you" possibly same male voice "I found you"

Either Chris updated the page while I wasn't looking, or I'm in a worse fog than I realized.

I'm not hearing the same thing you are, but that doesn't mean anything. I'm used to listening to evps that aren't cleaned up, so the mechanical sound always throws me off a little.

My mistake. Unknown 1 is "Farewell shoe."

The problem with evps is that most are just not clear enough so people will interpret them differently.

I've listened to the first one on different days and It always comes out quite clear;

"Don't ya be stalk'in about." spoken fairly rapidly.

EDIT: "play" is actualy "Player".; a black term for a man that `plays' the field with the ladies.

EDIT again;
In the one labeled "He seems to walk away"

I hear "miss ???? don't walk away" followed by a female voice "I'm walking right here." Also there is the cackle and then clucking of a chicken in the background.
