Well, I had my first random ghost follow me home last night. We did an investigation at a park that is supposedly haunted by a Goth girl, a vagrant, and a witch. We got some interesting results from the ghost box and dowsing rods, but nothing terribly convincing from the skeptical side.
But I got a bit of a surprise after we went home. I woke up in the middle of the night just before a thunderstorm to see a women in my head trying to communicate with me. I didn't pursue it, because I was tired and wanted to go back to sleep. However, when I woke up again this morning, there she was again with the same message. I told her to meet me in the light where we could discuss the matter more easily. I was too half asleep to sense if she did. The real shocker was that this woman was not the goth gal. She was a very professional looking woman in her late 20's - early 30's, with mousy brown hair in a career girl bob wearing a light brown sweater set and skirt. She looked like an insurance agent or something along those lines.
I'm not afraid of ghosts, but being haunted by an insurance agent could be a little scary. She might have a policy or seven she wants to sell me.

I've had a cheeky little girl spirit follow me home from a cemetery I visit 4 years ago and still makes herself known to everyone here.
I can also remember doing a tour of the Quarantine Station in Sydney with my girlfriend and had a rather tall dark spirit follow us home, but he didn't stay long, only a few hours which was great as I didn't like what I saw and felt.
